Great for 3rd Eye Activation
I add small amount of this drink to Blueberries and blackberries, blend them together and drink a cup every morning. It is great in activating the 3rd Eye.

New formula, terrible aftertaste.
I used to love Ribena, but they've replaced about half of the sugar with sucralose and acesulfame K (artificial sweeteners). I used to over-dilute it to make it less sweet, but now I can't get rid of the taste of sucralose no matter how I mix it. If you like diet drinks, you won't notice the difference. For me, I'll have to find a new drink.
