The media could not be loaded. This works great for laptops, computers, tablets or phones with a lager than 3” screen otherwise you are turning it sideways and it doesn’t seal tight with a phone cover on. Otherwise this works great for tablets and computer It is refillable but it does come with spray liquid already loaded. Convenient and compact. Wish it were more narrow to fit smaller phones. The back is like a rubbery felt like material. Leaves screen super clean.

I bought this for the screen in my car. Works great! I hate fingerprints and it is tiny and goes right in my center console. Doesn’t work as great on my phone unless I take it out of the case. It needs to be wiped smoothly off edges or it will leave stuff behind. Also it needs pressure and when you use it think window washer motions.

TLDR - Pros:1. Well assembled and sturdy.2. Good size for carrying around if needed.3. Sprays fine mist good for cleaning almost anything without over-wetting moisture-sensitive items.4. Thick enough to keep your fingers away from whatever you're cleaning.5. All pieces are washable/rinseable, which will keep it reusable longer.6. Shape and fabric alignment good for both broad and fine erasing/wiping.Cons:1. Arrived with pre-loaded cleaning solution leaking all over.2. Chamber for cleaning solution is TINY, likely to need refilling often.I ordered this as a solution to erasing my wet-erase desk pad without getting ink all over my hands from the loose cloths I had been using. It arrived pre-loaded with a cleaning solution (which was probably my bad, not reading carefully enough to know that it would), which had leaked all over everything in transit. Thankfully, nothing was actually broken, every piece of this is washable/water rinseable, and it's just a cleaning solution anyway. Also, nothing else in my order suffered from the leak. I just took it apart as instructed for refilling, and rinsed everything thoroughly. Problem solved.Once everything was dry, I refilled the solution chamber with plain water, and it's been working beautifully for my purpose. No more ink on my hands. I still use a separate spray bottle to dampen the cloth part of it when I need to carefully erase a single line or something, but most of the time I can spray and erase in one go with just this item. I also love that it's sized, shaped, and assembled in such a way that it works well for both fine-line and broader stroke erasing.Everything seems well assembled. I don't find myself worrying that the cloth part is going to peel away or anything like that. It sprays a nice, fine mist that would be great for cleaning just about anything without worrying about over-wetting it.It's also a great size and shape for carrying in a purse, keeping in a glove compartment, or whatever you may need. I plan on ordering another in a different color to keep in my office for cleaning my phone and computer screens in there, and one to carry with me for cleaning my phone screen on the go.The only negative I have so far besides the leak in transit is that the spray bottle inside it is TINY and will likely need refilled often. Not a big deal with just water, could be a bit of a pain with actual cleaning solution, especially since this means the mouth of the bottle is also tiny. Not a stopper for me -- I'll figure it out. Just thought it might be a good heads-up for others.All in all, would recommend. Just be prepared for some possible cleanup on arrival, and frequent refilling that may require some care and patience.

Cleaned my phone screen and it really cleans it up. I get makeup on my phone screen all the time and this cleaned it up great.

My initial review of this product was that this product is mediocre and not cost-effective. My viewpoint still stands; I don't think this product is for me. However, the customer service I received from the sellers was beyond respectable.They offered me a full refund for the product for the sole reason that I wasn't satisfied with it. I would definitely recommend people give this product a try, especially since the seller clearly seems to care for customer satisfaction. 10/10 customer service. No, I am not a bought review; I am simply satisfied with my care.

I thought this would be very handy to clean our cell phones but it is a bit large for that. I guess a tablet would be better. I find the spray awkward to use and the cleaning area not that good. It takes more time than I thought to clean the surface properly and get the steak out. Oh well. Live and learn.

I was impressed with the way this quickly cleaned my ipad. It removed a lot of the smudges that previously seemed “stuck.” I’m not as impressed with the phone holder aspect, but since that’s not the main focus of this product, that’s okay.

Fantastic for cleaning phones and tablets.

This works so much better than I thought it would! You don’t actually realize how dirty screens are, especially the ones you touch all day. (Not just computer screens) And it’s super convenient to throw in your laptop pouch/bag. Everything you need is in this little compact thing.

Not that effective. It’s hype.
