Getting out of bed is so hard when it starts to get cold (especially if you're at the mercy of your landlords heating whims) and these make all the difference. They seem made to wear outside as well but I find they really look like slippers and wouldn't want to get them dirty anyway. They're phenomenally comfortable and warm and fit perfectly. I do think the inside will get smooshed down and perhaps they'll end up a little roomier. Definitely order 1/2 size down if you're between sizes.

wish these ran in half sizes but otherwise my wife wears them all the time and brings them with her whenever she is going somewhere where shoes are not allowed inside like our home. she is very happy with these shoes.

I bought these at the beginning of summer last year and thought, well...they are probably going to be too warm...BUT I have worn them every day since then...I mean every day. I have trouble finding comfortable slippers or even shoes for that matter since I severely broke my leg that cut muscles and nerves to my foot a few years back. These are so comfortable. They stay on my feet, not too hot in summer, and I look forward to changing into them at the end of the day. They have held up wonderfully. For all the time I spend in them, there is hardly any wear. The lining does mat down as I expected it would, but it doesn't bother me at all. I mean, if you're walking on them, they're not going to stay fluffy inside. I know you're not supposed to wash them, but I am going to give it a whirl to see how it goes and let them dry in the sun. Who knows? Maybe they will fluff back up! UPDATE: I washed these slippers in the machine on delicate setting and set them out in the sun to dry. It took two days in full sun, but they dried and fluffed back up. When I tried them on, it seemed that they had shrunk...they were tight, but after wearing for a couple days they returned to new-fitting condition. It's like I bought a new pair without buying a new pair.

These slippers are so soft and comfortable!! I basically haven't taken my foot out of them since they arrived. I normally wear a size 7 in shoes and I originally ordered a 7 but they were so big my foot slipped right out when I walked. I returned for a size 6. The size 6 were a little snug but they stretched pretty quickly and now they are perfect. I would order a size smaller than you normally are. They have been worth the money.
