great bulbs, do not look into the top of the bulb when lit, it hurts our eyes. They are perfect for switching out bulbs for a party or event

Make's neon paper and uranium glow. That's all that's important for a par-tay.

Used temporarily, replacing some regular bulbs for Halloween, inside and outside. They don't throw light that far, and didn't expect them to, but the black light effect remains. So use them for the effect definitely but don't let them be the only lighting available in a darkened hallway where guests aren't as familiar with the surroundings.
