My bops love this bow and arrow
My bops love this bow and arrow. And a archery coach says this is a great toy to train with.

So much fun
My grand children love these bows. Very well made. It is teaching them how to use a real bow when it gets time.

Fun Toy for kids
Fun toy for kids. Does not fly very straight so dont use it to learn how to shoot a target. The feathers are just stickers.

Excellent stepping stone into Archery.
Excellent product for training young archers or just having fun. Had an indoor archery night at our church with a group of 2nd-5th grade boys and they were all able to use this bow and had a great time. It is much more of a "real" archery experience than other nerf bows I've tried, but simplifies some things for new archers. The arrows "snap" into the arrow rest and don't fall off the bow when the bow is tilted, eliminating a major source of frustration for kids. If you have ever watched a kid trying to shoot with the arrow slipping off the string, then falling off the bow, then slipping off the string again, you know what I mean. Draw weight is light enough that even the 2nd graders were able to get a full draw, but this bow is powerful enough to launch the arrows about 200 feet if you're outside using a high "arc" trajectory. The arrows are pretty thin plastic tubes, so avoid stepping on them or bending them (just like real arrows!) Since the padded foam-tip arrows aren't "real", we can legally shoot this bow in our local park without worrying the other park users. No nightmares about a flyer taking out a car window, dog, or somebody's kid. They DO move fast and hit with authority, so if you're an adult planning to use this for a Nerf battle everyone better goggle up! Excellent product. (NOTE: the spare arrows currently listed as a "frequently bought together" item with this bow are NOT the correct arrows. You need arrows for the Faux Bow PRO, which are available on the manufacturer's website. Arrows for the regular Faux Bow are a lot shorter.)

Dogs love!
Our dachshund is an absolute nut about chasing the arrows. Great exercise for him, but lots of teeth marks and shredded feathers. That’s why6 1/2 years later, I’m getting another.

Love this bow so far!
Can't speak to it's accuracy, as i basically suck, but boy does it have power! It clears my apartment end to end better than any Nerf gun I've fired. Very easy to fire. Nice that it can be lefty or righty right out of the box, so i don't need another just to let my righty friends try it out.The arrows are plenty long for my draw. The stickers on them feel pretty cheap & might peel off just taking them out of the on-board quiver holder thing. The shafts are very thin plastic, reminds me of large pixy stick plastic. I worry that snapping them into the arrow rest or quiver may dent them. Stepping on them or putting any weight on them will probably deform them as well.Firing the arrows is 1 finger on top, two on bottom style with rubber sliding spacers to rest the fingers on. It's not difficult to draw or hold the draw. Having the cutout in the handle seems like it may make the aiming easier. The arrow rest clutches the arrow, they snap in and out same as the quiver. Assembly is very quick & easy & has all the tools you need to assemble it included. I can't wait to take this to the park & try it out!

I REALLY want to love this bow, but...
I really want to love this bow. It shoots far, has soft tipped arrows, and has enough of a balance of requiring aim while also helping with support to keep the arrow in place that a 7 year old can do it successfully. The quiver keeps the arrows close by. But my son had it for only a few days and the string first unraveled a bit, then broke. I called customer service, spoke to a person, and she offered to send me another string at no charge. (I say "no charge", but I ended up buying more arrows while they were sending stuff which had $12 shipping for $15 arrows.) I was satisfied with her offer and her customer service. Perhaps this was a fluke! But we got the new string and again within a week it has begun to unravel and inevitably I believe will break again. My son is not using it in any way destructively, and he is remembering to take off the tension after use. So I really want to love it, but instead I feel like his birthday present isn't all he expected and was so excited for. Kind of a bummer. I'll be looking for another option.
