great quality and excellent flavor

I have purchased this several times. When I traveled to Spain, this was served at our hotel, and it is a very popular brand there. I fell in love with the light and clean taste. I think the metal can also protects the flavor. I pour it into a squeeze bottle and store it in a dark cabinet to use for salads and cooking - I have even used it for baking. Some olive oils are heavy or peppery, but this has a smooth clean flavor and finish.

I grew up with this oil and its still marvelous! This oil has no bitterness and great both hot or cold! My favorite way to enjoy it drizzled on a baked potato with salt and pepper.

Best oil, good for cooking of course. I also use it as body and hair moisturizer. A little goes a long way. Really good quality, no damage to container during shipment.
