These knives are great. Do not let them sit in water or put them in the dishwasher. The handles lose their finish. They still work better than any other knives I have had. The tomato knife is wonderful.

Wow! How did I live so long without this knife? It slices so thinly; it's so sharp. Def cut myself a few times on the learning curve - so be careful! Love it! Great quality. Hand wash for sure. I use this one daily. Highly recommend!
