These work exactly as advertised and are a good addition to your massage tools.

User error
This have to be hollow. That’s how they hold their heat. Get two heating pads put in one bag. Then heat them up about 30-60mins then massage with oil. Wipe clean with paper towel and gentle cleaner. Always keep dry.
