Was nervous when I saw posts with discolored pans, but it seems like that's due to putting in the dishwasher. They're easy to wipe clean in the sink. Used this pan vs my older thick heavy one to make cookies using a baking mat on each, and they came out exactly the same. Baked really nicely and the pan didn't warp in the oven. Not only can they bake 12 cookies per pan vs 8 on my others, but they're super lightweight and I like the coordinating lid.

Got this for a great price ($8). It's large and very sturdy and durable, so it's on the heavier side. I've used it many times now at up to 425 degrees, and it's still in great condition. No dents, no warping, no tarnishing, but I will point out that I always hand wash and cover it with foil when I use it. Happy with my purchase!

Love this pan! It's huge...so I can cook quite a bit.This is the only baking sheet I have. I can cook fresh, frozen or home made pizza on it. Bake cookies, roast chicken pieces, roast root vegetables or bake crispy kale chips. I love baking bacon on it (I use a wire rack) because I can cook 10-12 slices at a time. This sheet is huge and versatile and again, it's the only baking sheet that I have. I have been using this a couple of years not and there is some staining because of all the roasting I do at high temperatures with olive oil, but the pan is super heavy duty and has a lot of life left.

I ordered 2 as they were to replace teflon coated pans. These are very sturdy and well built. They bake well, evenly and wash up quickly. They also scratch quickly but its a baking pan and I can live with that. Very happy with my purchase.

When I became concerned about the health risks of no stick surfaces, I switched to Stainless SteelIt was absolutely the right decision. I didn't want aluminum for other health risks

Nice aluminum...NOT "Alloy steel or stainless." Outside dimensions are 17 3/4 x 13. Inside flat baking surface are 16 1/8 x 11 3/8. I needed 17+ inch length for a catch tray under a cast iron base drill press...won't fit.

This is superior baking sheets. I have been using much smaller versions for a while now, and nothing has stuck. Easily clean with just soap and water. And, the heat seems evenly distributed, so no burned corners. I like this product a lot, and would buy more types of bakeware if offered.
