I’ve used these for outdoor lighting for a number of years. I have several sets scattered around my yard and enjoy the soft glow they emit. They are solar powered so there is no hassle turning off and on and the life of the product is great. Most sets I’ve had have lasted several years.

We used these at Christmas and they worked great. We put them in hard to reach areas where we couldn't get electricity. Just make sure the panel is somewhere where a lamp post light will not hit it. Otherwise they won't turn on. If it is too cloudy/dark outside during the day, they won't charge enough to last all night. We live in sunny Florida, so this only happened like a day or two. Wish I could leave them all year long.

These worked great for a month. The day after the return window closed, one of the two strings stopped working. I would avoid.Update: I discovered that somehow the wires had been cut. Perhaps a squirrel? Anyway I really like them, so I ordered another set to replace the damaged one.

Initially the LED lights looks good. The are not super bright but pleasant to look at. But I have serious doubts on the longevity of the product. It is cheaply made and thereby being sold cheap. The product depends on the source manufacturer in china and the seller who puts it for sale on Amazon. So buyers please beware. There are many clones of this in the market and this one seems to be the shoddiest one in the bunch.In the box I received two sets of LED lights (Thankfully). One warm white color and one slightly bright white color looks that there was a mix-up at the factory? or I got a opened unit? That is disappointing right out of the box. The solar panel is rated for 2v/300mAh But, Having said, In ideal conditions, The LEDs need to be charged for more than 8 hrs in direct sunlight for it to be effective during the dark and usually works for about 6-7 hours before they become dim and barely flicker.I opened the Solar/Battery unit and found that the LED circuit seems to consumes about 60mAh to 75mAH (DC 1.2v side) of power to drive the 200LEDs depending on the selected mode of operation and the included one Nickel–metal hydride pre-installed battery of capacity "1200mAh" which is also incorrect as the product description says "1800mAH NI-MH Battery"... The electrical joints and connections from the Solar Panel to the Battery charging circuit board is barely done right as the connection was poor and there was no hot-glue or silicone sealant to protect it from damage. Granted there is a o-ring under the four screws to prevent water leakage but the wires and overall construction seems very shoddy.Bottom-line: Does it work.. ?? (Currently Yes!) - But Overall I am slightly disappointed with the seller as the items were not packaged correctly (Two different colors in one box) and the battery installed was a cheap 1200mAH NI-MH Battery not the advertised 1800mAH NI-MH Battery.Forced to rate it with 2 stars... You get what you pay for!

The lites are great, however they are yellow/gold not warm white as listed in item description.

works great had them up since a party in Nov 2017. They fit all around the pool cage with plenty left over. Love that they are solar. Bright enough to give beautiful warm white light.Still up, all I do is clean off the solar panels one a week & they charge beautifully inside the pool cage.

These were beautiful to see just out of the box. I was so excited to put them up for Christmas inside. I have an excellent sun source and was anyicipating saving a little electricity by using solar lights. It's too bad because they lit up for one night and then only flickered a couple of times the next night. They have not worked since. As pretty as the silver balls are, they are useless. Sorry, would not purchase from this company again.

Great alternative to electric or battery powered lights. Charged for only a few hours before I hung them in our tree, and at nightfall they lighted right up! Lots of modes, still, flashing, twinkling, etc. Very pleased...order arrived super fast two days-delivered on a Sunday! Note the charger does not disconnect from the light string...which would be a great option. So I started hanging from the end connected to the charger to make sure could place it where would get sunlight...but then had to be super careful not to step on it --as is typical all parts are plastic. For the price I am super happy!
