great camera! Doesn't require anything but electricity and wifi!I had some concerns because amazon had mark "frequently returned product". It took me few minutes to figure out how to connect it. I'm just a girl without any specific tech knowledge.1. connect it to electicity and use ethernet cable to connect it to your Internet router directly.2. Unscrew little screws for reset button, reset camera, it will make sound.3. Add camera through application, set up password and let the camera know your wifi name and password.4. Disconnect it from router and install where you want (just connect to electricity). Camera is ready.Great quality of picture,.can have sd card up to 512gb, doesn't require subscription.Highly recommend!

Camera works well, was pretty easy to set up. Camera mount seems like it may not be overly strong. I saw several other reviews showing mount broke. It is a plastic mount. Customer support was surprisingly persistent. I will say I had to bypass the AI assistant and the first 2 actual support assistants did not seem to receive the information I had already submitted. Customer service will reach out to you and will work to resolve your issue. It may take some time, but at the end of the day it appears reolink values you as a consumer. I would recommend purchasing from them. I have made 3 separate purchases.

The Duo 2 WiFi currently stands alone and above it's competition because of the price point, performance and features.When you need 180 degree coverage and are forced to use WiFi which I try to avoid the camera really comes thru and get's it done. I've purchased and returned a couple of Reolink models but this one is a keeper along with my stable of Trackmix Cameras.The installation is easy.... the WiFi performance is very good and the coverage and video quality are excellent. I use a splitter in a POE scenario FYI but for location testing the WiFi is super handy and worked very well. I run this camera in Blue Iris and Agent DVR with no issues.Night vision is decent (The Achilles Heel of Reolink Cameras BTW) but overall when you take into account all of the features, performance and price (using coupons or a sale) the Duo stands alone in this category as the camera to go with. Don't forget to purchase the Asurion warranty with any of these cams.... Good Luck

Video is very crisp and clear. The 180 degree “stitched” view works better than expected and covers the area of at least two camera. If you are even remotely tech-savvy, setup is a fairly easy. Will be purchasing couple more to surround the house.Update 1/1/2024: (Removing all stars)A few days after installing, purchased another camera as was impressed with video quality. After approximately a week of use, almost impossible to connect to either camera via app. Have a Reolink NVR and neither camera streams consecutively, missing major gaps of footage. Read similar reviews of this model where others have had signal/connectivity issues. Will be returning one of these as soon as finish typing this. Would return both but do not have original packaging for one of them.
