My 5 year old son loves it!! I had alot of fun driving it too. Out of the box the batteries need charged, about 2 hrs each. We took it to a big parking lot and ran it for 40-45 mins before the first battery died. It's super quick, in the video the speed trim is set all the way up. My son like to run it down low...easier to control it. The body is a little flimsy, but the overall structure and frame seem to be fairly sturdy. We plan to make some dirt jumps to get some air. Gets thru the grass no problem. Overall, great rc car. Very satisfied with the purchase. Thinking about buying one for myself so we can race!

I was massively disheartened when I was looking at all the brick and motar stores like Wal-Mart and Target and saw that all they sell is absolute crap RC cars that have digital throttle and even steering controls with absolutely no power or speed. Yet you could pay well over $50 for these pieces of junk. I grew up in the days of Tyco and Nikko RC cars. No, they were not hobby cars but they were relatively fast and powerful for the money. I thought those days were gone until my son asked me for an absolute piece of crap RC car that is controlled by hand motions. I was then determined to find a good RC car for my son. I ended up running across DEERC cars here on Amazon and looked a few of them up on You Tube. I ordered it and gave it to my son for his birthday. We took it out and he thought it was cool and played with it like twice. While he was gone I took out for a full spin and I absolutely love it! It's better than my Nikko Turbo Hopper that I had back in the day! If you are looking for a RC car for your kid or even yourself that isn't Walmart junk but also isn't a $200+ hobby car, this is it! It has full analog throttle and steering, great speed and power to effortlessly go through dirt and grass, and even has a steering centering calibration knob right on the controller along with a top speed adjustment knob to limit the car's speed if your kid can't quit handle it yet. I love this thing so much that I won't even be upset if my son never touches it again, because I'll happily play with it!

Great little truck for the price. Has held Up great and been a ton of fun. Pretty fast. Good for kids since it has a speed adjustment on the controller. Battery life is good. The controller was the only part we had issues with, the steering wheel spring broke inside so it doesn’t come back to center.

I've been into R/C cars since I was a kid. For the price this truck is a Beast! Very durable and comes with a extra battery. It's just as fast as my Losi mini T and more than 50% cheaper. The only concern is availability on replacement or upgrade parts. When I bought this there was an extra 15% off promo as well! If your looking for something fun or a gift for your son, grandson or whoever BUY THIS TRUCK you won't be disappointed.

Awesome beginner friendly RC! Tough as nails and can fight through all types of terrain with ease. Only downside is battery use time but with 2 batteries provided it’s not too bad. Also the shell is a bit on the low end side and will look battle torn in just a few drives Don’t wait get it now!

My daughter and I have had so much fun playing with this together. It's a really good value, and fast with good traction with the dual motors. It's also tough and can take a lot of rough play, with long lasting batteries. We had some technical issues at first but the DeeRC staff took care of us right away in a professional manner.
