Could use better instructions
I was pleasantly surprised when the watch was delivered almost a month early. The watch itself is quite impressive and attractive. It has a large display which is capable of displaying a lot of information. The only downside to this device is that the accompanying user guide does not provide nearly enough information or direction to activate and use many of the available functions. The follow up letter from the company does not provide any information not available in the User Guide. If you are inquisitive you can "play" with the watch and discover how some of the functions work and how to activate and use them.

Got a damage product
The watch looks great, I got it for my dads birthday. Since his birthday was over a month ago Amazon says they can't offer me a replacement either a refund.As soon as he tried on the watch it fell down. We fix it but it didn't last over 2 min for the same reason.Very disappointed of the terrible service from Amazon not willing to help even with a replacement. Not even asking for my money back, just wanted my dad to being able to use his gift...

Everything works except the sleep tracking. It never gets the initial bedtime right.
