It fits all sizes because it has a velcro for adjustment on both sides. Its a great product

I know these are adjustable, but they are still too big for me even with the velcro. Anyone else have this problem?

Yes , they are big, Everyone in Philips seems to have big heads. You can just put the velcro more far, but the other factor is that the frame, the "normal" Medium frame is also too big for a standard head. I bought an S size frame and everything fits much better. Also the strap fits better with this combination.
