Way cheaper than an Audi part
Worked great on my Audi Q7. Not as hard to install as it would seem to be. Just attach a pull wire to the tether before you pull it out so that you can use it to pull the new tether through the body panels. YouTube videos of the removal and install are easily found.

The product works.
Once you are able to get to the part itself, it is easy to replace and works fine. No need to replace the pull cord, just remove the existing one from the old unit and reattach it to the new unit.

My 2013 Audi Q7 fuel door activator went out around 2 years ago, and we ended up having to take the door off. We waiting so long, because we figured this would be a pain to fix, but once we purchased this, I'm so happy we did, because it works amazing and wasnt too difficult. I was disappointed we didnt do sooner. I would recommend to watch a youtube video on how to install, but purchase this activator as it was the perfect fit.

Works for my 2011 Audi Q7
My old fuel door actuator was stuck. This one was easy to install and works very well. If you’re thinking about buying one of these, use a 3ft string or wire (I used scrap bailing wire) and tie it to the red cable of the old actuator, once you’ve removed the old actuator just tie the string/wire to your new one and pull it back through. Easy
