Super useless: low water capacity reservoir so had to add water every 2 min, not strong steam so almost 0 ironing affect. Regret that I bought it.

Good in the beginning but after 1 year, the amount of warmth started to decrease. Spent more time waiting for it to be hot in order to use

There was no steam coming out, only loud voices of heating
I bought it beacause it’s from Black and Decker but I was very disappointed because it did not work at all and I had to initiate return process which is time consuming Amazon delivery services is good but return is taking time parcel is not picked up on scheduled date and my amount is stuck for this useless steamer!
