The case was destroyed at the bottom and the disk was dirty but it worked after I cleaned it so I'm giving this game 3 stars and it is a fun game

The game is super simplistic not fun at all. Seems like they just slapped this one together. Don’t waste your money.

I first bought this game on release for 70 dollars (I got the special edition) on the ps4 and was massively disappointed. The game is unplayable on the ps4 so I stopped playing it. After getting a ps5, I noticed the combat and gameplay was much smoother and playable, however, there are a few game breaking bugs I have encountered. 1. Enemies getting knocked out of bounds. Forcing me to restart my last checkpoint because I can't get to them. 2. The game forgets all the moves and equipment you put on your character. Essentially resetting everything or giving them random moves or equipment. This is an annoyance and inconvenience, especially after putting a lot of thought into which character moves you want to give each specific character and what equipment you want them to have. 3. This one is game breaking. When accessing the menu to upgrade or level up your characters, the menu freezes and does not alow you to scroll through it. Even when pressing R1 or L1 to move from one menu section or the other, the game just makes a weird noise and doesn't switch menus at all. It doesn't go away either, even after closing the game and reloading it. So I basically have no way of leveling up my characters now. So what is the point in continuing playing? The developers need to fix these bugs. It's already June 2023 and nothing has been done to fix these issues.

The first Cobra Kai game is a fun throwback to the Streets of Rage days...it's def not a modern feeling game but it's fun...this...this is not fun, it's not good...it's not really playable...I don't know what the hell it is. I just can't even believe what I'm playing...it's like a terrible PS2 level game DO NOT BUY

It's a terrible, terrible game. But it's so bad, it's actually good. It's hard to describe. Its 1-on-1 combat mode is the worst in the world, but I can't stop playing it. The adventure mode is also crazy and horrible, but you have fun. I'm a fan of the series, I can't resist the game, and besides, it has all the characters so... yeah buy it.

※Cobra Kaiについては原作やドラマ版は知りません ■GOOD■ 〇スピーディーな格闘アクションと多彩な攻撃。 通常攻撃、コンボ、溜め攻撃、掴み攻撃、必殺技の 他にも壁走りや空中溜め攻撃まで出来る。 防御面でもガードの他に回避がある。 〇モードが豊富。 ストーリーモードの他にトーナメントモード、サバイバルモード、 学校で戦うスクールモード等がある。 〇プレイアブルキャラクターが豊富でトーナメントモードでは DLC以外のキャラクターを最初から全て使用可能。 〇トーナメントモードでの終盤はCPUも強くなり 難易度が丁度良くなる。 〇トーナメントモードでのポイント制ルールが面白い。 体力が０になっても敗け、ダウンやリングアウトしても ポイントを取られてしまうので緊張感がある。 〇レベルアップ要素とスキル解放。 〇武器を拾って使えたり、落ちてるオブジェを蹴って 敵にぶつけられる。 〇流派によって全く異なる必殺技が用意されてて 一部の必殺技は複数の敵を一掃出来て爽快感がある。 ■BAD■ ×グラフィックの質が低かったりボリュームは あまり無い様に感じるがローディングが長い。（PS5版） ×トーナメントモードは面白いのにストーリーモードでの 戦闘が大味。 (全くの別ゲー) ■どんなゲーム？■ ストーリーモードはチャプタークリア型の 格闘アクションゲームです。 他のゲームで例えるならPS4版の閃乱カグラの 格闘アクションゲームに近い感じです。 しかしクオリティーは低い。 トーナメントモードは１VS１の3D格闘ゲーム。 一応体力ゲージもあるが基本的にポイント制で ダウンするとヒットや攻撃の種類によって ポイント数が変わる。 空手やテコンドーみたいなスポーツタイプの 大戦型格闘ゲームで結構面白い。 って言うかこのモードだけをクオリティー上げて 作って欲しかった。 スクールモードは難易度が高めで 学校内での乱闘ゲーム。 キャラクター固定で１つ１つクリアして 現れる敵を倒して行くモード。 １人倒すと使用するキャラクターも 強制で変わる。 サバイバルモードはストーリーモードの ストーリー無しバーション。 ウェーブ数をクリアして出来る限り 生き残る事が目的。 ■感想■ まず最初に、このゲームはとてもPS5のクオリティーとは 思えないレベルの出来です。 題材は良いしプレイアブルキャラクターも多く魅力的なのに 全体的なクオリティーが低く勿体無いなと思う作品でした。 特にストーリーモードはクオリティーが低く、一昔前の古臭い ゲームに感じる。 しかしトーナメントモード（１VS１の格闘に特化したモード）は 面白くてストーリーモードは要らないからトーナメントモードに 特化した格闘ゲームで丁寧に作って欲しかったです。 前作の方がグラフィックやアクションのクオリティーが 高そうですがモードが少なく感じますね。 前作のグラフィックのまま今作も作って欲しかった。 有料DLCも有りますが居なくても全然困らないレベルなので 最初から居るプレイアブルキャラクター数だけでも凄く満足。 原作やドラマ版好きな人はもちろん、海外アニメ絵好きな人にも オススメしたいです。 トーナメントモードはかなり熱いです。
