We all need to protect our immune systems, and I try to eat and drink natural nutrition to do that. That includes foods, vitamins and supplements.I had tried another brand's Quercetin before and found it helped me. So, when I saw Mt. Angel's Zinc Quercetin with Bromelain Supplement – Immune Support, I was happy to try it. Putting the Zinc with the Quercetin in a caplet was/is appealing to me.I make a smoothie once or twice a week and I break the caplets open to mix it in with my other ingredients (see photo). The benefits I've experienced:+ I feel more energized+ I’m staying well+ It’s super easy to include in my routines+ The quality is goodPLUS: No soy, salt, yeast, gluten, milk, egg, sugar, starch or preservatives! Also it is especially friendly for women in their mid-life.-----My smoothie recipe:1 serving chocolate protein powder1 scoop Spirulina powderHandful of blueberries1-2 sprigs of homegrown celery2-4 leaves of homegrown kale1-2 fresh homegrown basil leaves2 caplets of Turmeric with curcumin2 caplets of Quercetin with zincAlmond milk - enough to be level with my ingredientsSometimes I add raspberries, bananas, wheatgrass or spinach — depends what is on hand and/or growing in my hydroponic garden.

Love this product but just make sure to take it with food because it can upset your stomach. Effective.
