Super simple install. 5 min. ea. Hanger bracket has a little adjustment both ways so you can get it just right. Wood grain looks very authentic and feels like rough sawn wood. Nice looking grain too. Was very happy that these have a locking screw that keeps the shelf from being accidentally pulled off its mounts. Some other brands dont offer this. Excellent value for a knick-knack shelf.

These shelves are so cute! They are easy to install, my college aged daughter installed them herself and they created so. much extra storage for her in her college room. They look great and are very nice quality for the price.

I love the look of these shelves and they aWere exactly what I was looking for. However, the mount system lets them tip forward when anything is put on them. It’s not user error,as I am well versed in DIY installations around the house, and I’m meticulous. I think if the rods that hold the shelves up were a little longer it might work better. I bought cool L-brackets to reinforce them so o can put my books on them. Turns out it was a happy shortfall because the brackets I bought look like branches and now it looks even better! Bottom line: would be perfect if sturdier. Will not even hold one small book without tilting.

Really poor quality. I made the mistake of ordering it and not opening the box until it was too late. I installed it anyway but the shelf itself is poor quality. Feels like it’s bolsa wood. One of the screws that secures the shelf itself to the metal insert didn’t even fit into the hole and is loose. And for the other shelf, the hole was plugged up with the piece of metal. Can’t even put a screw through it. Don’t buy it. Not worth it

My biggest qualm with it is two major issues: quality of the shelf is pretty poor (feels like plastic) and the installation screws that came with it are absurd.Firstly, the rustic wood shelves have a carbonized black finish, which initially appeared appealing. However, upon closer inspection, I noticed some inconsistencies in the coloring and finish. Some areas appeared darker or lighter, which detracted from the overall aesthetic. Once you feel it, it feels like cheap plastic. I wish they at least polished it or put on a layer of sealant. It's not a deal-breaker, but it does make the shelves look less high-end.The installation process was relatively straightforward, with all the necessary hardware included. However, they included these drywall bases that are huge. It literally tears a hole into the wall. Actually, as I installed them, they tore a hole in the wall which I quickly stopped, repaired and replaced with my own drywall anchors. Once you don't use their anchors, it's actually quite nice. The brackets are easily installed and aren't too flimsy, but the shelf itself isn't too stable. I wouldn't trust more than 10lbs on this despite the description saying 33lbs.On the positive side, the size of the shelves is adequate for displaying small decorative items or lightweight storage. They provide some functional use in smaller spaces like bathrooms, bedrooms, or kitchens. The rustic design also adds a touch of charm to the room décor, which I appreciate.In conclusion, the Floating Shelves set is an average product with some notable drawbacks. The quality and finish could be improved, and the mounting drywall anchors could be easily improved, the brackets could be sturdier. However, considering the price point, they are a decent option if you're looking for simple and affordable wall storage. Just keep in mind their limitations in terms of weight capacity and and need to modify the installation.

These are beautiful, they match the shelves I got from Bath and Body works (which was hard to find) and they’re perfect for holding coffee mugs and little wall decor for my kitchen. They aren’t hung yet but I know they’ll be perfect! I’ll update if there’s a hardware issue but my partner has hung a ton of items in our new home so I’m sure it’ll be ok :)

I am returning this item, unfortunately all I was putting was legos on it and it wasn’t heavy enough to hold the shelf flat. The way the shelf fits it leans up unless you have something heavy on it! I would also say ours came extremely chipped we were going to have to paint some portions white to blend in. I would not recommend or rebuy. I will say they were easy to install.
