Great product for us. Huge success for our baby. Worth the investment!!
Update: 3 weeks in and our baby has just started hitting 5-6 hours on a stretch. He ill wake up but snoo will calm him and put to sleep under 5 minutes. We did however made few changes and Snoo alone won’t do magic. We started to keep him awake up until 8:00 PM or at least no sleep for 2-3 hours before 10 PM. This will be possible once your baby is well rested (not immediately after you get Snoo). After that baby does 5-6 hours of sleep and is still under 2 months. He will get up for 4-5 minutes. We do check his diaper but due to deep sleep he is so drowsy that after charging diaper, he is back to sleep in Snoo.SNOO is a hit with our first child and who is a month old. He is very fussy mostly due to gas and was not able to sleep for more than 1-2 hours at a time. Crying was painful and me and my wife were not able to keep up with the our own sleep. We got this yesterday and within 48 hours we both are fully caught up on sleep. For our baby Snoo calms him down under 30 sec. He is already doing 3-4 hours sleep at a time without crying at all. We have to wake him up to feed or change his diaper and for the most part we can control our routine now. This is a game changer for us and we both are sleeping together 8-9 hours a night (with 2 breaks for feeding and diaper but no crying since he stays drowsy from deep sleep). I have read that this is a hit or miss. Luckily it’s a hit for us. Also our baby loves car rides and bumpy roads of Chicago and Snoo does similar with AI and softwares, So if your baby likes car rides, they may love Snoo.Looks very sleek and good build quality as well as the swaddle fabric is very soft and comfortable. It’s heavy and not easy to move around. Meant to be in one spot for most of the time. It’s only been 2 days so will update this in a month in case I don’t forget.

Bad for Twins, Don't Buy Early
The Snoo is expensive, and Snoo for twins is doubly expensive. However, I bit the bullet in the hopes of better sleep. If you are thinking of doing the same, you should know that Snoo does not work with twins on Android. You need two seperate devices, which even if you have two phones for some reason, it is such a pain to figure out who is crying, find the right device, and then soothe them. By then, they have already gotten really awake. And for all of you who (like me) will be doing nights alone, good luck! You can only use the app for one baby.Further, the app kept disconnecting. The support was awful. Every time I asked for help, I got a list of 8+ steps I needed to do before they would help me. These were complicated steps like taking a photo of the code on the bottom of the snoo, getting a video of the problem, and showing my online receipt. Then, the video length they want is too long to send in an email, but they won't help you unless you complete all of these steps. What new parent, especially with twins, has time to do all that? Finally, DO NOT BUY EARLY even for a sale. We had our twins several months after we bought our Snoo, because it was on sale then and because we were worried we would have premies. The support will only help you for exactly 6 months from your purchase, which for us was only after a few weeks of use. SO FRUSTRATING!

Such a worth investment
We loved the Snoo so much. Our baby started sleeping through the night since week 7. This gave us more sleep time and helped our baby drift back into sleep every time. I cannot recommend it enough. My only comment is don’t buy the swaddle size large. We bought one and never used it. You will be happier with this purchase!

Pricy but worth it
I tried not to buy this but ended up buying a few weeks in because my anxiety of our baby squishing up in the side of the bassinet got me. I’m so reliant on it now that I travel with it which is annoying but provides peace of mind. Baby is four months and I’ve tried transitioning to crib for naps but she doesn’t do well with that. Hoping to wean off of this but it’s so nice to be able to put her down somewhat awake and have it rock her to sleep. If there were a version of this that just strapped her in and didn’t even have a mechanical component u would have bought it right away, assuming it was much cheaper. I’m very much more interested in the swaddle that doesn’t let her roll/move than the white noise and movement.

It works! Also great customer service
I bought this the week before my baby was due using my amazon baby registry completion discount (15% off!)The Snoo has totally lived up to the hype for me. My baby loves it and it's so easy to put him to sleep. It's been especially helpful for me because I can't bear to do any kind of "cry it out" sleep training. For my first child (with no snoo) this meant lots of hours rocking the baby to sleep and often falling asleep with her in my bed because I was so tired the quiet rocking would put me to sleep before her. Waking up with the baby in my bed would always freak me out because of SIDS fears. Anyway, long story short, the Snoo has totally solved this problem for me with my second kid. I just put my tired baby in the Snoo and he peacefully drifts off, no belabored rocking routine required. One thing that surprised me when I received my Snoo was that it came with three swaddles and a sheet for the mattress. With all the accessories included, I felt like it was a pretty decent value for the money. And now that my baby is 4 months old and has slept wonderfully in the Snoo, I think it's a fantastic value and I recommend it to every (well-off financially, eek) pregnant lady I know.

How to piss off exhausted new parents
Extremely disappointed with the latest update in the App paired to our Snoo. I woke up in the middle of the night and was logged off the App (or kicked off). I tiredly logged back in to find out I couldn’t use any of the app features I’ve been relying on for 2+ months with current baby and for 6 months with my first child. I now have to pay $19.99 PER month on top of the high price I paid to purchase the Snoo in order to use the key functions of the Snoo like to track sleep, use noise machine etc. I was not aware this update would be coming and was never notified. I would rather pay a price up front than be surprise billed later on to use a product I already purchased. I was very pleased with Snoo purchase prior to this update.
