i can't wear closed shoe so i returned them. however, it is a beautiful shoe and perfect heel

I just got these last week. They feel so comfortable and the slight memory foam helps so much. The height is just perfect and makes these pumps perfect for a full office day. I definitely recommend MK flex pumps to any woman out there. Not just for work, these are perfect for any occasion even if just running errands. Will purchase again in different colors. I tried these on at a Nordstrom prior to ordering on Amazon to get my perfect size.

The shoes were beautiful, but they pinched in places that made them too uncomfortable to wear. I unfortunately had to return them.

MK-flex mid pump, is very comfortable, fits perfect and I love the height. I can wear then all day. The price is very affordable.I wish that more colors can in my size at that price. :)I would recommend them to other women.

Gorgeous and comfortable shoes! The gunmetal goes with almost anything. Glad I snagged it at a great price!

Had to get the heel reattached twice by shoe repair! For the price I feel the shoe should have been better quality. Would not recommend this shoe. Just bought a pair of Coach pumps to replace these when the heel was getting loose for the third time, and they are much higher quality.

I kept these pumps because they are the perfect nude color and because they have the perfect heel height. I wore them around the house for an hour or so and they seemed to fit fine. However, once I wore them outside for a short time, they became unbelievably uncomfortable. In fact, I would have to say that they are the most uncomfortable pair of shoes I own, and I own over 100 pairs of varying heel heights. I have a very easy foot to fit and normally have no trouble whatsoever. I don't have problems with my toes, with the arch of my foot or with my heels. I usually have no issues with most of the pairs of shoes/boots I try on. But these pumps are in a class by themselves. I can only stand them for an hour and I regret not returning them when I had the chance. They are gorgeous to look at, but that's as far as my compliments go. My feet are in agony after a short time and it's the fit of the shoe in general that's problematic. I wear heels that are certainly higher and without an issue so the heel height itself is not the problem. The toe box cramps my toes are a while and the discomfort is unbearable. I can't wait to get rid of them. You would think that a leather shoe with such a low heel would be very comfy but this certainly isn't the case for me. If your foot is hard to fit at all, then skip these pumps. If someone who has a very easy foot to fit is so pained by these pumps, there isn't much hope for you. These are by far the most uncomfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned. Yes, they look great, but there's some problem with the last and the balance between the toe and heel that's way off. I certainly don't recommend that anyone buy these shoes. My search for a similar pair goes on. I need something identical in my shoe wardrobe but am not willing to put up with these excruciating MK pumps any longer. I will sell them to the consignment shop and good riddance. What a waste of money!! I will NEVER buy another MK pair of shoes as long as I live. I have really cheap PVC pumps that are way more comfy than this pair. Shame on you Michael Kors. Your shoes are probably made in China where people's feet are really tiny so they have no clue how to fit an American foot. Your quality control people should have caught this and changed the design. I will continue my search and am willing to invest in a pair of Jimmy Choos as long as they're comfy. I can't imagine a more uncomfortable pair of shoes exists on this planet. Ba Humbug!! Save your money!! If you value your feet, you'll take a pass on this pair of pumps. Wish I had known.
