Soo, I wanted a sign for my husbands office for fathers day- I had two weeks to get the order in, maybe even one. I got pricey quotes from neon companies here in LA, and struggled on pulling the trigger to order, since it was $1,000.00.. So I went to Amazon. Thank goodness I took a chance with this company. The cost was a fraction of the other quotes, so I had low expectations. Also, my husbands logo was unique-- and there wasnt a way to connect to the seller..i sent emails and comments to the seller however I could to explain how to create it-- as it wasnt just a simple word. When it arrived, I was FLOORED. They not only got my messages ( without even confiming they got the emails/comments on how to make his logo unique), but it was perfectly done. My husband - who is a brand guy- LOVED it. Even if its not his custom font, its super close and the fact that they nailed it - I was over the moon. High ratings for this product- we both were SUPER happy.

My sign is SO Lovely! I purchased a custom pink neon "Florisr" sign for my flower shop, and LOVED it, till it completely stopped working about 3 months later. I messaged her the sellers ,,and they were quick to answer and friendly. The had a replacement to me within a week or 2 , without me having to send the other back. OUTSTANDING customer service! And the sign is SO BRIGHT on the highest setting. The pink is a fuscia pink color. Super HAPPY

This was a special purchase for I and my husband. I actually was very excited for its arrival. The light flashed on and off when plugged in and then on but for maybe thirty seconds and now will not turn back on. (also it is not the color I ordered)~It is white and I ordered warm. the booklet says to contact the seller; but there is no contact info and the options on amazon go to noone from the seller. I contacted amazon for help and I'm hoping this can be resolved smoothly. The neon sign printed out beautifully; but whats a sign that doesnt light up? Again, this was to be a special purchase which is why we spent the money. I will update this post with whatever the outcome is.

Purchased a customized sign for prom. These are made on an acrylic base with LED lights. Super bright and easy to hang. I do wish it had been a little bigger because it was used at a selfie station that was huge. There was no remote. Just a toggle switch on the cord.

I bought this sign with 32 letters cut to shape for my college dorm and I absolutely LOVE it. Came nicely packedged in bubble wrap and had all parts included. The sign itself is the perfect size! I added on the color changing option and it makes all the difference! I love being able to change the color to match my room and mood. The light is very bright but comes with a dimming mode that comes in handy. All in all a fantastic product that looks amazing and works perfectly! 5/5

I wanted to dedicate the special moment to my daughter and son-in-law. I ordered these neon sign and was amazed at how brilliant it looked has three settings, low, medium, and high, each one more vivid than the other. Very easy to install and lightweight. Love the build quality and the option for setting the intensity of the light. Will order more for different celebrations.
