Wonderful book
As a teacher and a student of yoga, this book is a wonderful resource, both for my own learning and practice and also for bringing insight into my teachings. I highly recommend this fantastic book!

The best yoga book I’ve ever bought!
I have literally used this book at the end of every yoga class I have taught! It’s so good and one every teacher should have to hand. The short meditations are amazing, well written and so easy to read out. I totally resonate with Sagels style, this has been the best book I’ve bought.

wonderful book, so much in detail
This is wonderful book. Great resource for both yoga teachers and students to deepen yin yoga practice and teaching. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars, because I found this book hard to follow. Maybe it's just me, or I just need to keep reading from beginning to the end. I am not very good at reading books, so maybe that is why. However, I do love some of meditations and use them in my classes. Very inspiring.

Practical, informative and use it on an almost daily basis
I love this book, both for my meditation classes (great and original scripts and a bit more modern than the traditional yoga nidra scripts), lovely readings with yin poses that I use in Shavasana in my yoga classes. The yin poses are well explained and lots of options and consideration of all the props that you could use. Really happy I got this book.

This is one of the best yin yoga and meditation books available!
This is a very rich resource, full of wonderful scripts that are accessible and inclusive. They hold are very specila place in my practice and teaching practice.Sagel draws on such a wealth of experience and wisdom shared from a lifetime of yoga and meditation. Everything is delived in such a grounded way - there is so much in this book. It is my current go to for inspriation - and also provides insight into Buddhism.Every yogi needs this in their life!
