Game changer
First this is a game changer, a 20-30 minute cold hosing changed to strap on & continue doing what i have to while the leg is definitely fully cooled down. Its so good i bought one for me & the barn so we can have it on site for AM . One thing that i found helped is doing the bottom most first or second as if you do top down it slides while you are tightening. Top then bottom then the middle worked best for me.

Great product for helping your horse recover from injury!
My horse has a tear in the Origin of the superficial flexor behind the knee. I have been dealing with this for a couple months. Lots of cold hosing and sweat wraps / five minute walks. Cold hosing became a dreaded thing for both of us. I bought this magic ice boot and it’s convenient and effective. I can see a difference after icing. Since my mare is being limited I just apply her ice boot , groom her and work with my other mare. Not sure how long it actually lasts though because by the time I take it off (couple hours) it’s been defrosted. I will say it stays on well! I did my 5 minute walk (some trotting) and it did not move. I like the carry case because I can stick the boot back in it and stick it back in the deep freezer. No complaints from me or my mare. It works as advertised. Fits very well and it is super adjustable. My mare is a solid paint and wears 12” standing wraps on the front. This is longer and I like that because it covers the knee. Hope this helps someone. Seems to be helping my horse.

Versatile product
Bought this to use on our German Shepard's leg after a TPLO surgery. Vet recommend icing her leg to help with swelling. She was hesitant at first but she warmed up to it after a few times. Got a double use out of it being that I also have horses which is what it is intended for obviously.

Love these ice boots. Ive had many brands of ice boots and hands down, these are the nicest. Easy to use and plan on buying some more.

Worth it
Bought this wrap for my senior gelding. Super easy to use, he rolled a bunch of times with it on (he doesn’t like wraps, boots, etc) it slid down, but stayed on. Held the cold temperature for quite some time. Well almost a hour. The only thing I do wish, it was slightly wider so it could go up the leg more to cover the knee completely. Hints why the one picture it looks odd. I did just order another one so he can have one on each of his fronts at the same time. He was able to walk and roll with it on, do what he wanted to do. He wasn’t able to rip it off (he’s known to pull off others fly masks, blankets, fly boots). Definitely worth the money. I also like the carrying case it comes in, and how easy I can put it in the freezer but yet have it moveable to fit onto the leg.

This works great !
I bought this ice boot (1 in set) and I then had to use it for my horse ( knee injury) ..It works as supposed to, and saved so much time from cold soak hosing .I used it in his stall only .I donot keep in freezer ( only as needed) .

Ripped within 5-10 minutes of first use
I placed these boots on my mare after running gymkhana on Saturday. It was our first time putting them on and within 5-10 minutes one boot had busted along the seam. My mare was standing quietly in her paddock and I happened to look over and see that the boot was slouched down. I was very excited and hopeful for these as my mare is older at 21 and does get a little stiff in her back legs after a good work out. Sad these didn’t hold up to the first use as she was definitely less stiff after using these compared to when I didn’t.
