HCS-D50 NEMA 14-50 Plug Dual EV Charger

I received the dual port charger and attempted to install it. I noticed upon unboxing the packaging had been opened. I pulled the unit out and noticed the NEMA plug was not there. I thought maybe I ordered the direct connection one and when I attempted to return the unit I was met with shipping charges and a threat of re-stock fees if the unit was damaged. The plug was missing so of course it is damaged and after a long thought process I ended up going to Home Depot and creating my own plug. With that said it does what it says and charges both cars, splitting the circuit into 2 and with the help of the cars onboard scheduling I stagger the charge times and all is good. This is one of the only units that has a method of splitting your connection and it is very simple at that. I wasn't looking for a unit that had Bluetooth connections or gave me stats I wanted a unit that charged 2 cars and worked, and this fits that perfectly. As for my issue in defense to the seller I never contacted them after attempting the return. I needed the unit and wanted to make it work.
