Love, love, love this faucet. I received one from a different company and had a horrible time trying to hook it up. So, I read some reviews on this one and thought I’d give it a whirl, it was so easy to hook up. I had the old one off and this one hooked up in under 30 minutes. It’s built super sturdy, I certainly wasn’t expecting it to be as heavy built as it was. I was very impressed with its size and weight. It looks great and the functionality is spectacular. I’m able to work it with one hand. I love the fact that the button that switches between sprayers is made out of plastic and not rubber, it will definitely last longer than my last one made out of rubber. The water pressure is spot on for the standard flow and for the sprayer. I’m very impressed with its ability to spray off stuck on foods. I can’t wait to use it for years to come.

I will need time to see long-term performance, but my first impression is excellent. Overall, this faucet delivers both in product quality and customer care. Wow! Now this faucets is totally worth the money and then some. Really good quality and the install was easy. The only thing that caught me a "strange" is the cold side is the left not the right. They offer a non-labeled cover so it doesn't indicate Cold and Hot but in the USA the standard is left is Hot and right is Cold. Of course you can simple ignore the labels (or order the non-labeled version) and swap the hot and cold supply lines so you can get hot water when the valve is pushed to the left and cold to the right but it hasn't caused an issue with me despite the fact that every other faucet I've ever used it the opposite of this unit.

Looks great and is very easy to install. Seems to be of good general quality that will last for at least as long as the American Standard that was there before. The weight on the line helps to keep the sprayer snug to the retaining clip when not in use. Only two minor complaints. The first is obvious in the photos, but I didn't notice: The nut that attaches the hose to the sprayer is chrome/steel, so it doesn't match the matte black finish. It is as pictured in the listing, so that's my fault for not noticing. The other minor complaint is that the model/safety info (UPC tag) is etched into the front of the faucet when installed correctly with the knob on the right (allowing hot to be back instead of forward), so it's just weird to see that etching visible (this part seems more like a manufacturing error than an intentional placement). I would have rated 5 stars if this was on the back, although most people don't notice it the way I do. I purchased the matching escutcheon as well, since my sink is drilled for three holes and a sprayer. Everything fit and matched perfectly. The photos below show the faucet at a distance (etching barely visible), the close up of the steel hose nut clashing with matte back clip and arm, and a close up of the etching on the front with visibility to the faucet knob to show correct orientation.

My original spring-loaded valve would leak and need cleaned to stop the leak. Since I installed this one, I haven't had any issues. It was reasonably priced and easy to install. It is much better quality than the one installed with my reverse osmosis water filter system originally.

I love the look of this faucet. The two output settings are great. Being able to pull it out to spray around the sink is a must and works flawlessly.

Easy installation. Mine had a leak up inside that couldn't be fixed. A new one was shipped out quickly. Great customer service.

El producto llegó en excelente estado, la caja protege muy bien el grifo, además los de la paquetería tuvieron cuidado. Fácil de instalar, es importante leer unas instrucciones y saber que diámetro de tuberías tienes, yo tuve que comprar un adaptador pero ellos mismos en una hojita que tienen, te dicen exactamente de cuáles deben ser. Se ve chulísimo en la cocina. Yo compré el dorado y me encantó.
