I am yet to read the rest of the book but from what I can see, this book is a must have for lecturers. I have read many good books, but it always felt like an aspect of social media analytics was missing.I love the holistic layered approach taken to simplify what data can be extracted from social media and how it can be used. Additionally, there are practical examples of using software, allowing students to better understand content discussed and its application for businesses. I look forward to using the content and showing practical examples to students.

This is a great book with excellent insights into social media analytics. Social media is changing daily but this book provides an excellent overview of key concepts.

Purchased on a recommendation and LOVE it so much I use it for my Digital Analytics class. Breaks analytics down into understandable chunks. Great instructor resources and customer service.

It may be a good book, but the fact that there are several typos in Figure 3.3 and Figure 3.5 does not give me much confidence.
