Poor quality for its price

I and my partner are both back sleepers. We need a supportive pillow that's not high but is medium firmness. These fit the bill. I've slept on them two nights and they're supportive of my head and don't cause neck pain. They don't flatten as the night goes on like my other $40 pillow did. A couple of issues explaining the minus 1 star rating. They are smaller than normal. A standard pillowcase is too big for them. Also, these were ridiculously difficult to get out of the package. They come deflated in a vacuum sealed bag and rolled up extremely tightly in a cloth bag. I struggled a good 15 minutes to force one out of the bag. I nearly tore off my nails doing it. If you have arthritic hands, you'll likely need help to get these out. Once yanked out of the bag, I cut the wrapping carefully and they began proofing up. They did not get very thick but are a perfect thickness for me. For the price, I would buy again. I really hope the manufacturer rethinks the packaging for this item. It keeps the product pristine but is so very difficult to unpack.

First: I'm really NOT a fan of memory foam. That being said, these pillows are actually the most comfortable I've had, second only to my grandmother's goose down pillows (when I was little). I've had them just about a month, and they've held up well under regular use. They also reshape themselves, so (unlike my grandmother's pillows) there's no need to "fluff" them to get them to look full. I was tempted to remove one star for the packaging, but the more I thought about other options, the more I realised it was simply the way to package them so that they take up as little room as possible (beneficial when shipping by volume, and likely one factor that results in the relatively low price for this item). Though I should like some frustration-free packaging, I doubt highly it would hold up to the rigours of transportation.

I'm obsessed with linens and the pillows I sleep with! Consider me a Critic, I love them 100% Great value as well, the quality is amazing and and I wood highly recommend, it helps my neck and easy to adjust, it feels like a cloud and it feels so cool 🥰

I was not too sure about these pillows when they arrived because they were rolled tightly and I was about to send them back. I am so glad that I didn't. I unwrapped them and lightly fluffed them and they hotel pillow quality. We love them and I plan to order another set in a few days. The price is great and the quality is out of this world.

I was impressed with them. I tend to get warmer throughout the night and this pillow seemed to keep me at a relaxing temperature throughout the night. As far as comfort I would consider them to be perfect firm enough but still soft. Good overall.
