I don't really like the roasted taste, I hadn't realised that when I purchased itThat doesn't make it bad - just not to my taste.

If you are a tea connoisseur and enjoy light aromatic flavours definitely go with this. Do not pair it with extra sweet treats or add milk/sugar/ginger/cardamom etc while preparing. Just a pinch of the leaves is enough for a cup of tea, let it simmer for a minute and rest for another minute for best results
