First, the packaging is wonderful. Second, I could not be more pleased. This pillow is soft...like putting your head on a cloud...yet retains its shape...never sinks when you put your head on it. I read in bed at night, and I want support, support that does not flatten yet is comfortable. This is the pillow. I took it out of the package...and fluffed it up just using my hands. I punched it, and it came right to life. I then put it in my dryer on no heat. The pillow felt fabulous when I lay my head on it with little sinking. It is very supportive. You receive spare foam(?) to make it even more fluffy. I am going to go ahead and add the extra, but it is not necessary if you like the pillow to go straight out from your shoulders. It comes with a very soft pillowcase too. My husband tried it out and now wants one...so I will be ordering more. I actually look forward to going to bed at night, putting my head on the pillow.

This pillow has been a game changer for me. I love that I can choose the amount of fill in it to make it perfect for me. The price point is much better than Coop pillows too. Very comfortable and has really helped with my neck pain.

Was more comfortable than the pillow I was using before, I liked that you could adjust the thickness by removing the material. It works well, comfortable. I wouldn’t call it the best night sleep ever.

This pillow is all I’ve ever dreamed of. I love that you can adjust its size yourself by taking stuffing in or out. It feels like such good quality and it has a nice heavy weight to it! When I first opened it and it said to fluff it, I did. It felt like there wasn’t enough stuffing in it even with the extra fluff. I thought, “I can’t imagine the stuffing expanding much more then it has already from being so compressed during shipping”- boy was I wrong! By the time I went to bed, which was like 6 hours later, the pillow was so firm and had easily doubled in size. I had to take all the extra stuffing I put in, out, plus even more! I know I’ll have to play with the filling some more to get it just right but it’s so lovely. I’m very very very pleased. I don’t know if it’s cooling or not… nothing stands out to me on that front.

I absolutely love this pillow. I’d been on the hunt for a quality pillow for months. I read NY Times Wirecutter reviews, Reddit threads, Google search results and even asked ChatGPT. I stumbled upon this pillow company after a Google search. After reading reviews here and elsewhere online I decided to try the signature pillow. As soon as I took it out of its packaging, I could tell that this was going to be a good pillow. There was no weird smell and the pillow was a nice size. The first night I didn’t take any fill out and as a side and stomach sleeper, I could tell the next morning that I’d need to remove some fill. So I took out quite a bit (maybe like 20%). After the second night, I took out some more fill. After the third night, I returned a little bit. That’s when I finally got my fill down to a perfect level. Also the fill is very, very soft - it’s a blend of little soft foam pieces and material that looks like cotton candy wisps. When I hold the fill in my hands, it feels like what I imagine touching a cloud feels like! I also love that the pillow is double cased. Meaning the fill is in its own case and then surrounding that case is another case. That makes it easy to wash the outer case frequently without having to take out the fill for every wash. The pillow retains its shape well so far and in the event it ever goes flat, I’ve got a ton of fill to put back into it. $70 for a pillow isn’t cheap but in this instance, I feel like I definitely got what I paid for. If you’re on the fence about this pillow, I’d say go for it. (PS I’m a real human! I spent the last 20 mins writing this review. Not sponsored either!)

I am a side sleeper and have trouble finding a pillow that is 'just right' to preclude morning neck pain. I have tried many, and even if one works it breaks down after a while and I start my search over, NO LONGER! This pillow is awesome! Comes filled with small soft foam pieces connected by fine fibers (to keep them from shifting too much). The outer pillowcase is quilted and very nice, it is zippered as is the inner case holding the fill, the best part, a bag of extra fill is included in case you need more lift. I actually had to remove several handfulls of fill as it was over filled for me, but now it is perfect and supports my head and takes pressure off of my shoulders. And if the foam does lose some fluff over time I can just add some back in. For best results put the pillow in the dryer right out of the box for 5 minutes on low heat, and then fluff it up every morning. This is no issue for us as we fluff and air out our bed linen every morning. Back sleepers may need to remove even more fill to align their spine, but the best part is being able to adjust this pillow to your needs and sleeping style, no wonder it has so many great reviews, and it doesn't hurt that buying one supports a small family business.

Honestly a really great pillow. I can't really compare it to any other brands because this is the first time I've purchased a pillow in this price range but its filling is customizable, comes with extra stuffing, has a washable exterior case that is a nice cotton fabric, stays cool, and is comfortable to flip and fold. Only gripe would be it doesn't feel very firm at times which is a downside when wanting to "lay up" on it but when sleeping it molds to your head very nicely. The stuffing inside is tiny individual pieces so you can twist and fold it any way you like without having to worry about it becoming uncomfortable in the future. Thats probably the biggest plus for me since I like to fold it under itself sometimes to get it raised a bit since I took out a lot of stuffing for a more relaxed fit when sleeping. Overall, I recommend this pillow to anyone needing something with customizable support and a soft fluffy lay during sleep.

Had this pillow for over 4 years and love it! Adjust the fluff as you desire (comes with a lot of it). Once I did that at the beginning, I never had to add more. It keeps its form. Worth every penny for me!

Love this pillow! But why is it now almost twice as expensive? I bought this for 49 euro 10 months ago.
