Easy to install great water pressure
This is not my first bidet but it is my first bidet attachment. If you are on the fence about bidets this is a great one to start with. You can keep your toilet seat and it’s super easy to install and very powerful. For those who haven’t used a bidet before, they’re amazing for actually cleaning your tush all the way… the feeling of having to use toilet paper after using a bidet is.. disgusting. The install is really easy. Use a screw driver and your few hand to remove the two hardware pieces holding the toilet seat down. These are under the latches behind your toilet seat. You’ll need to hold the piece of hardware under the toilet while you screw it loose. No need to loosen it all the way. Once you can raise the seat up, you slide the bidet attachment in, center it, and retighten the seat down. Then turn off the water supply to your toilet and flush, wait a minute to let the water run, place a towel under the supply to the toilet and twist with your hand or a wrench. The one they provided me didn’t fit my toilet so I had to find one that did. Once the tube is out, you add their connector and the connector to the bidet. (Do the bidet connector before you reconnect to the toilet). Then reconnect to the toilet and turn the water main back on. If they aren’t leaking you’re all set. If it is leaking, use their provided tape on the inside of the leaking tube’s threads. If you want to see the magic, get some plastic wrap and wrap the toilet bowl (lid up) and turn the bidet on. Warning, if the wrap is too thin/weak you may get your place sprayed.) To use the bidet properly takes a few uses but I suggest sitting as far back on the toilet (legs together so it doesn’t spray through them), and wiggling forward till you feel the spray where you need it :). Overall great product, super easy to setup and use. Great water pressure. Seems durable. Has a self clean feature but I haven’t needed it. I’ve reinstalled them like 4 times, quick 10-20min process (mine only takes so long cause I don’t have the right size wrench).

LUXE Bidet NEO 120 Plus Review
This thing is fantastic. The adjustable jet is VERY strong. I suggest you get the "Plus" model. It is able to flip up on the seat for easy cleaning underneath. The plus model also has a guard plate in front of the jet that you can move to clean that area. This is so well worth it the small amount of money that the "Plus" model costs. KEY FEATURES: Easy to clean and care for Has a self cleaning function The jet is VERY strong The jet can be adjusted by a twist knob to set your desired jet strength Very easy to install and operate Very affordable Comes in various colors DRAWBACKS: This model does NOT have a female jet junction It is not electric It does not have hot water capability RECOMMEND? Absolutely, unless you need a female compatible version or absolutely must have hot water capability.

Great product at a very fair price.
The installation instructions are easy to understand and quick to read through. The bidet installed in about 20 minutes after reading the instructions. It works like it should and I am satisfied with the product and the price for the high quality of the unit.

Helps with hemorrhoids
I bought this product as I had a large external, sometimes bleeding hemorrhoid. Normal cleaning was not always effective and painful. This model was easy to install, appreciate the hinge to clean under. It does allow for adjustment of the bidet but still found the spray was at least an inch too far to the front wear I typically sit. I installed this on an elongated seat so I just need to move forward to get the correct location. Some other brands do have an adjust front to back on the controls that this brand does not. I could put something like a quarter underneath the corners of the bidet arm to move the spray about 1/4". It would be a little tedious when first serting up but the designers could have the spray post on a screw where each clockwise rotation would move the spray toward the rear. I was initially concerned but please to find the amount of pressure was smooth and precise. (I'm glad there is not just medium and high pressure) I only use at lower pressure to insure no pain or added blood for both pre and post hemorroidectomy surgery. The company does know adding this product will raise the rear part of the toilet seat but did not provide stick on bumpers to level the front. I was able to find a pair of bumpers at a Walmart store at a cheaper price. The model is attractive, easy to set up, glad of self cleaning, functional and reasonably priced with a 2 year warranty. If the spray location could be adjusted it would 5 stars. Note this model is only cold water and can be more of a shock to get used to.

Returning Happy Customer
I bought my first Luxe Bidet almost five years ago, and it’s still working perfectly. I recently wanted to add one to a second bathroom, so I picked up this model—and I’m just as impressed. The quality and price point are hard to beat. The updated design is sleeker, looks great, and makes it way easier to clean underneath. Installation was simple too. I did have to replace my toilet seat, but I ended up getting the Luxe seat to make sure everything fit, and I’m really happy with both products. I honestly can’t recommend Luxe enough, or bidets in general. Yes, they save on toilet paper, but the real benefit for me is how clean you feel—basically the same feeling as stepping out of a shower after going #2. If I ever have irritation, the cool water is actually soothing. If you’re new to bidets, the cold water might surprise you at first, but give it a couple days. You’ll stop noticing it, even if you’re someone like me who normally hates cold water. Sounds weird, but it’s true, it doesn’t even phase me. The only problem I have now is when I have to go #2 away from my home, with no bidet, it makes me really appreciate and miss my bidet at home.

Fantastic starter bidet—easy install, strong pressure
I thoroughly enjoyed this bidet and found it to be an exceptional starting bidet. The installation process was remarkably straightforward, and I do not harbor any reservations about the cooler water temperature. The pressure is exceptionally effective, and I allow the bidet to operate for approximately one minute to thoroughly remove any residue. I genuinely miss the bidet when I am not home and have recommended it to several friends. Although I have only had it for a few months, it has developed a slight nastiness after prolonged use, but it is relatively easy to clean. I am curious about its longevity over the coming years, but once this bidet ceases to function optimally, I may consider investing in a more advanced model.

Try It, You'll Like It
So far, so good. This is my first bidet. After a couple co-workers convinced my that bidets were wonderful, I searched for a simple, well built bidet for quite some time. After looking at models that had heated water, heated air, played music, had disco lights, etc. I don't have a source of power or hot water that I could tap into without modifications to my bathroom, and not being sure if I would like having a bidet, didn't want to spend tons of money. The LUXE 120+ fit the bill, so I installed one. I am so glad I did - and that I purchased this unit. Worried about cold water being sprayed onto sensitive parts? I actually find the spray refreshing, and that waters not that cold since it's been stored in the house piping. Drying? If you're in a hurry, just wipe. You'll still use less toilet paper. If you're not in a hurry, pull out the phone and let things drip-dry for a little bit. This unit has enough pressure to blast things clean without giving you a surprise enema. Installation wasn't tough and they provide some tools to get the job done, but I still found it helpful to use a real wrench when tightening fittings. Just make sure you don't go all hulk. I didn't have to add spacers or modify the toilet in any way during installation even though it doesn't look like the seat will fit properly. The instructions were pretty good, and there are plenty of installation videos available. The only question I had after I installed this, was why I didn't do it sooner.

LIFE CHANGING!
This simple, basic model bidet attachment will change your life. After installing and using one at home, I have recommended it to everyone! It cuts way down on toilet paper use, and leaves you feeling cleaner than ever! It comes with step-by-step instructions for easy installation. You can also use the video tutorials it provides via QR codes. The pics are from my second installation job, which came out perfectly. As you can see, the attachment flips up for easy cleaning, and it fits flush with the toilet and seat. I am not a plumber; I’m a woman of average strength, and I have no problem installing these myself. Be aware that you will have to get on the floor, and have a certain amount of hand strength. (If you have arthritic hands, you may have difficulty making secure attachments.) No additional tools are required, but I have a sturdy pair of pliers just to make sure the connections are tightly secured. I also recommend using a drop cloth and gloves, especially if you’re installing this in a bathroom you didn’t personally clean. This model has a nozzle in the back, and attaches to cold water only. The control is manual, so you can switch it on and off, and adjust the force of the water when you want to use it. It won’t go off on its own, so you use it only when you want to. It has no effect on flushing the toilet, so you flush as usual. I’m satisfied with this basic model. I don’t need a front nozzle or warm water that come with the more elaborate models. This model is the best $50 you’ll ever spend.
