Possibly the best review I can leave about these vitamins - is that my toddler & my tween ask for theirs - every. single. day. I've even caught the tween sneaking an extra one like candy!!! I even sample one on occasion while giving them theirs. ;) They're not gummy vitamins, I know that's all the rage and probably more popular with most kids. They taste a bit like Smarties candy - like a compacted powder. They're sweet and the orange ones are a little tart - but delicious. Best of all? I trust the ingredients list and they came highly recommended from our local health food store. (I got them on Amazon this time because they're cheaper and come in 3x the quantity.)

It was a struggle to get my 10 year old son to take his gummy multi-vitamins. His complaint was always either the taste and or the texture. Once we switched to these, he takes them with no problem and if I forget, he will usually remind me that he hasn’t had his vitamins. I also like the fact that I know and can pronounce most if not all of the ingredients in these vitamins. We will buy these again and again.

To be honest, I don't think multivitamins are necessary for my children but my current pediatrician tells me in front of them that they should take vitamins. Since I want my children to respect their doctor's authority, I set out to find a multivitamin without artificial sweeteners and with iron, since the iron part is what the doctor thinks is most important. Additionally one of my sons will not eat gummies, even gummy candy, which limits children's vitamin options.Animal Parade multivitamins meets all our criteria - both my sons will take them, even the one who is picky on flavor and texture. It has a range of vitamins and minerals and nothing over of 100% daily requirements. However, my sons like the all grape flavor package much more than this one with three flavors. They do not like the orange or cherry flovors, and thought the grape from this package tasted different (not as good) than the grape in the all grape package, so I am back to buying the all grape kind.

I have been taking Source of Life vitamins for a few years now and have noticed an improvement in my energy levels and overall health while taking them, so I got these ones for my kids! They love the taste and the price is worth it for the quantity and quality.
