Love how quickly it warms up. Another incentive is that the time you can go past 500 seconds. Love it. Easy to assemble and pair with my heat press

So the first box I got would not heat up past 40 even after setting it correctly. I got a replacement and it now only heats up when it feels like it and turns off after hitting 100. It’s a piece of junk and waste of time to even try

This item works great. I was so sad when my box broke on my press. This item works great. The only negative is that if had no instruction on how to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit. So I had to make a conversion chart.

The media could not be loaded.  It does not work. It started at 15 degrees Fahrenheit instead of 0 degrees Celsius. It will not heat above 197 degrees Fahrenheit. I have found no numbers for customer service to see if this issue can be fixed. Due to the 30 day return policy I now have a useless machine and am unable to complete a customer's order.

After 6 months the heat press controller died and will not turn back on while I was in the middle of using it.
