I am the director of a preschool and my students wanted to make calendars for their parents. I was looking into ways to bind them on a budget. This little hole punch was easy to use and worked perfectly! Naturally, it is a small hole punch so I had to punch each page separately (we used thick card stock) and each page had to be punched a few times to make holes across the entire page but the process was easy and each came out prefect! If you want to punch a bunch of holes fast then you will need to spend the money on a larger machine but if you are patent and on a budget, you can get the same results with this little punch. Bravo!

This spiral binder allows you to prepare paper for binding and install the spiral binding itself, quick and easy as such things go. It's straightforward once you read the instructions, but if you do anything out of order, it won't work nearly so agreeably. Worth the list price for convenience!

Read the description carefully. It is only 3 inches across. Says it can punch 5 sheets at a time. AND you will have to line up and punch EVERY GROUP OF FIVE at least four or five times. Complete waste of money on my part as I have multiple books of greater than fifty pages to do. Haven't been ripped off this bad since a guy on Ebay sent me a actual box of rocks and laughed when I tried to get my money back. You can buy a real one for twice the cost which is what I will do. Actual value of this is about five or six dollars. It probably cost less than a dollar to make.

Gets jammed easily. doesn’t always line up right it’s like you need 3 hands to be able to get it perfect.

This very small (2"x3") punch only accepts 1 sheet of printer paper or very very lightweight cardstock at a time. Also, I purchased the suggested 4:1 spiral binding at the same time. However, the spiral binding is 4:1 and the little punch only has a 3:1 pitch so the binding suggested doesn't work. Returning this little punch.

It broke the first time I used it.

Did not expect for this to be as small as it was.. so I tested it once and haven't picked it up again. It seems more like a gag gift than an actual useful tool in my desk.

It’s smaller than I expected. Works one page at a time. I would probably use it to make small note cards to insert into my notes in case there is not enough space to make extra notation.

One drawback is that instead of 5 paper, it can only punch one paper at a time, limits it capacity, which may slow down the binding process.
