I’ve been using Viviscal for a while now, and I also got my mum to try it. I was going through a really tough time with a lot of stress, and my hair was falling out like crazy. Since starting Viviscal, I’ve noticed that the hair loss hasn’t stopped completely, but it has definitely reduced compared to before, which is a relief.I was taking one tablet after breakfast and another after dinner. However, I’ve been dealing with insomnia, only getting about four hours of sleep a night. I’m pretty sure the supplement is causing this because my sleep habits are usually good, and I’m not taking anything else that could affect my sleep. I have used this for a many years. I take 1 tablet a day as maintenance. I'm not 100% sure if it helped with my actual shedding, nor if it helped with the density. However, my hair grows 6" in 4-6 months. So it'll grow long quickly but it's not as full as I'd like.The price fluctuations on this is crazy, I usually get it around the 60 mark. But you can often see it for almost double that.
