I use this headset 5 days a week for 8 hours each day for taking calls from a phone queue. Audio quality is good. Earmuffs are a little tight on the head but comfortable. Haven’t had any complaints about the mic quality. Battery will last well beyond 8 hours. First time pairing is easy and the toggle switch makes it easy to turn off and on and to know when headset is on. No issues on the connectivity. Have used it for about two weeks now. Hope it will last at least five years.

Surprisedly good quality headset for this money! The music quality is very good with deep basses and for hight freq. Battery hold seems like forever i do not even remember when i charged it last time.! Mic works ok - never heard any complains from the other party of the calls.. Used one for more that 3 years and battery stiil ok. Got recently another one, same one, for my wife! Technical support is perfect - replied promptly and solving problems exactly as i requested!

Head Phones work well. I use them for work everyday and they Feel nice. They also have a warranty that you can register the headphones with upon your purchase. I had an issue with my mic and I reach out to the company and they were about to assist me under the warranty plan. Highly recommend.

Good product, does the job but it does hurt after a while in the ears

I have been using this for two months. I was looking for a wireless over ear headphone with mute button, and trust me there are not many within $100 range. My initial impression was positive because of the ease of connection.The headphone was light but sturdy and the microphone stayed in place. I took sheets off the bed, started a load of laundry, swept the front porch, loaded the dishwasher, and collected trash from around the house. I didn't have to repeat myself one time, the line was crystal clear. Next I called my best friend who was on his lunch hour. I folded and put away towels and clothes as I happily chatted. The charge kept for several hours as I made call after call checking on friends and family to see how they are: it has a long battery life. The headphone has exceeded my expectations.Once you put it over your ears, it’s very effective in blocking at least 70% of noise from the surrounding environment (I mean when you just have it on ears without being in a phone call or any music playing). You’ll for sure not hear a conversation 15’ away in your house. You’ll not hear most normal voice conversation happening around you.My desk is a few feet away from our TV and when in a conference call, I really do not hear the TV on the wall behind me if any of my kids switches in on. It really happens that someone in the call asks me to turn the volume of the TV down but I did not know it was switched on behind me. It is that good.The sound on this headphone is totally clear, as well as for people that are on the other end of your line, it’s crystal clear sound with a cushioned noise cancelling earpiece on your end, and on their end they don’t hear any background noise going on around you, they only hear you. It’s fantastic especially when you have a loud background with kids running around while you’re trying to work in your home office, you don’t hear all of the commotion going on in your background, so you can still keep your professionalism intact while working, regardless of what’s going on elsewhere in the house.You feel comfortable when you wear this headphones, even after a long day of wearing it, I don’t have any indents on my head from the head piece that rests on the side of my head, because it isn’t severely tight on me, but it’s snug enough to give me optimal performance, as well as being comfortable enough to wear throughout the entire day without discomfort, especially with that cushioned ear piece, it doesn’t make me sweat while wearing it all day which I usually have problems with other headsets! It’s nice and smooth on my ear, and somehow that earpiece always stays COOL and doesn’t get hot or sweaty, since I got this guy, I don’t have to worry about sweaty face and head.All in all, I would definitely recommend this headphone; you will NOT be disappointed! I can honestly say that you’ll be just as happy with this headphone as I am, and the craftsmanship is sturdy and well made while also giving you that comfort and modern look and keeping your calls and music as clear and optimal as possible.This headphone is truly 100% satisfaction, there is no hidden downfalls, it’s everything they say it is, and you will not be disappointed.

I have been using this headset for almost a month now. I absolutely love it.I have some experience in using over-the-head headphones, first as a receptionist, second as a gamer and thirdly for listening to audiobooks. Here is what I have found regarding this particular headset.I started with it at work. I spend some time on the property, which is on a busy street. When leaving the office I shut off my normal bluetooth set because I cannot hear over the traffic, even with the volume up high. With this headset I have found that I don't need to have the volume up past-mid way to be able to hear my audiobook clearly, even when leaving the office.In that same setting I also made phone calls and carried on conversations always letting the person I was talking to know that I was on a bluetooth headset. I wanted to know when we were done how well they could hear what I was saying and how clearly. Also, how much background noise. The answer was always that they could hear me clearly. The background noise was minimal to non-existent, but when a car drove by that was loud it could be heard, so it does pick up some background noise, but not enough to prevent having a long comfortable conversation.The headset also offers other phone functions that are useful if you spend a lot of time talking on the phone with people.I need to point out again that I listen to audiobooks. I have used many headsets that allow me to listen to books and enjoy it, however it is difficult to find one that offers crisp clear vocals to the reader. It really enhances the feeling of the story, kind of like the difference between a television and a theater. Dolby is only good if your TV has it too. This headset offers that difference, and it is why this has become my favorite headset.That being said, I don't get to use it at work as much as I'd like. I had a customer who had to touch me on the shoulder to get my attention because I couldn't hear her talking behind me. Not hearing things in the background is what helps make this a good headset but in the customer service world it doesn't really fly.I have also used to to play video games. I get the background sound of crickets and water as well as the character conversations. Unfortunately I have not had the opportunity to play with others so I can't address the issue of in-game conversations, but expect it to be easily as good as when using it with my phone.The only thing that I have noticed that I have an issue with is that they hold heat, and when I get hot working I have to take them off so I can cool down. That might be a plus in winter but in the middle of a hot summer it was a bit much. I'll contact the manufacturer to see about the possibility of another set of ear pads.The ear pads are soft and comfortable, I have not had any discomfort, nor headache, caused by wearing the headset for extended periods of time.As I said this is a terrific headset and I think I'll be purchasing it again as a gift.
