Sold as a deal, but is it really?????????
Well, first of all I was surprised the packaging did not have any bubble wrap since it is a fragile item. I opened the paper envelope and inspected the box: a little beaten up but the contents seemed in order. The unit is resting on a styrofoam mould and the lens is “protected” by a paper thin clear plastic sheet. First look at the lens and it is dirty (strange for a new item) and with a closer look, it is scratched all over. It looks like it has been cleaned with some abrasive material. And because the casing has some scratches as well, I am positive this unit has already been fitted and used, and sold probably after an unhappy customer returned it. I have attached the pictures of the unboxing, the scratched lens and the scratched casing. MSRP is 6999 and it was sold for 2850: nowhere in the item description it was specified that it was cheaper because it was used. Not good business guys. EDITED: the lamp has been replaced in record time and the new one is spotless. Well done!
