It is nothing worth,while taking this you will feel something you are gaining but it is so much little,and this you will loose after stop drinking It has more sideaffects when we continue for a longer period,I personally does not feel any side affects but I am sure this product is not natural and it contains added sugars and I googled it.the side affects are more than that I expected Finally I suggested,the weight u gain is less unless workouts and u lost quickly to start position after stopping drinking
