This Rating has given by 5 days worked with this CPU basis1) Performance Rating = 4.5/5I Got CPU at 5th Feb 2023 today is the 5th day and its working nicely still im adding Rendering softwares in it and I will check with that any lag happening or not ,for pnline CAD dimensioning time only getting lag and for Web development applications we meed to explicitly configure but its working fine and ps2 games i have checked its working smoothly (eg - Euro Truck Simulator 2 with ultra graphics setting its getting little lag)2) The configurations and all matching as per given data in the product specifications , I have not opened to check that whether parts are new or old .3) Packing Standard rating = 5/54) Heating rating = 4.5/55) Sound Quality rating 4.2/5 ( some unnecessary noise absorbed and changed the setiing also but still im getting but its not a issue because its mild)6) Suggestion for Manufacturer can provide HDMI port accesible mother board for Monitor or Tv Connectivity7) Copying the files from memory card class 10 to SSD with 11mbpsFor light weight users this is perfect CPUFor Heavy users its getting liitle lag but will work smoothlyStill im working with this product in case of any issue i will update with review

It has become defective within 3months and defect is yet to be rectified and no one has come topick the item to send to their works to rectify/replacement.Complaint was raised and they have replied on 19 th Jan 2025 for picking up the item. I suggest a service representitive is stationed atleast in big cities like Bangalore to rectify it instead of sending the item to the manufacturing works.

Pros- It's a okay workstation.... All AAA star games is playable but I recommend a low profile graphic card it.also usb ports it's have lot of them like 6 or 7.....Cons- it SSD suk it take 4m to start up its make workstation bit slower so changing is compulsory...Also it didn't have blutooth so extra receiver needed also wifi reciver usb is included in the package.... it's comes with windows 10 but you can't upgrade to 11 becouse it's 4th generation processor but there is lot of YouTube videos that you can run 11 in 4th Generation with windows support

The product performance is very good. It's not look like refurbished or second used . all thing is new. The support staff are very nice i have never seen that type of support. I say you can buy it

Packing was amazing as Amazon but product was dissatisfied and not working at all. I requested for return and after 3rd attempt it was picked by executive after 16 days and now I am waiting for refund amount.Since it was not started I could not review about performance. Overall it’s used product as in picture.Service of Amazon is very useful

Excellent support from Amazon. This is regarding the MSOffice activation error with my Lenovo Think Center purchased from Amazon. Contacted Amazon Support using the provided phone number, the personnel there provided a WhatsApp number to contact, which I followed suit, the personnel immediately addressed the issue by remotely accessing the system via Ultra Viewer. Issue is resolved in no time. Thanks very much Amazon for the same.
