I started taking creatine to help with brain fog I’ve been experiencing lately. This has done the trick. It also helped my focus. And I don’t notice it in my drink.

Regular creatine works well, but creapure helps my stomach process it much better.

Taking one star off because they changed the container to a taller, more narrow one. If you have large hands, you're gonna find it challenging to scoop up the creatine once it less than halfway full. Prepare to have the side of your hand scratched up .

This stuff is really good and it’s tasteless

I have finished my first tub of this creatine after taking it daily for overall health and weightlifting benefits. A short while after starting, after the loading phase, I did notice a slight boost in energy and stamina. I do not lift for strength directly, but have noticed that I tire less during sets. The primary benefit of this is that it did not upset my stomach at all. I will note that texture and taste is similar to other brands I have tried, it might mix slightly better but is still a little grainy. Overall, I would recommend this over standard creatine mainly if you have a sensitive stomach.
