It sticks ok and seems to hold ok
They hold well so far. I am not hanging anything heavy on them yet. Only like a kitchen strainer.

Not helpful for heavy duty
Not really for heavy duty. Tried to hang some medium size painting but they kept falling. Cleaned the surface very well fyi.
