Live this stuff!! I have tried a few other brands and I always come back to Source Naturals. I use this to help metabolize toxic estrogen out of my system. This pill gave me the most horrible headache ever. I rarely get headaches! Once past the headace I had more more energy and less brainfog. Cant help but wonder if its the detox working dim did the same thing. I only take 1/4 of a pill so headache is manageable. Wish I knew why.
