I suffer from chronic back pain, following herniated disc surgery. This device works very well to alleviate the pain. It also relaxes the back muscles a lot, I am much less stiff. The device has a power cord with an adapter, so you will need a socket nearby. It doesn't work on batteries. I bought a 20.000 mAh powerbank separately (not included), in order to be able to move through my house with the belt on freely. The device comes with a cord which fits into a powerbank. The device also has a 'pocket' in which you can place the powerbank. The material is very pleasant, it feels nice against the skin. I am very pleased with the device, it makes a real difference.

This belt is of high quality and well designed. The handbook is simple, yet comprehensive enough. It's easy to use, despite there being some differences between the booklet description and the actual programming unit - for example, the booklet mentions timing of 20 minutes, but the timer is in 15-minute units. I've only had it for a few days and so far I've tried it on my hands, my feet and my abdomen. It's comfortable to use, but I miss a 'beep!' when the timer ends. Furthermore, whether it's AI or real people, I don't care - their customer support is of the highest quality: speedy, personal and effective. Many companies could learn from Bestqool!
