Wearing medium tshirt and order medium size, I suggest to go with large if you wear medium or 40 no shirt.

Cheap polyester instead of nylon? Big disappointment! 😞 The stitching is terrible.

I'm very happy with this purchase. I usually am able to fit into xl shirts just fine but I have trouble with larges. A large size hugs my gut tight but will fit on me. So instead of ordering a x-large size I went a size down to a large compression shapewear shirt. I'm 5'11 235lbs with a 36 waist. It is a stretchy spandex like material so at first it seem like it was going to be a little straneous putting it over my head 😅. But it wasn't too bad, once I had my head in and arms in. It was just the matter of pulling it down and the fastening it. If you're in a rush this might not be the short for you. Because of the hooks to fasten in the additional layer you need a bit of time. Hooking the front cover was actually simple just a bit time consuming. Functionality is great, so far it hasn't bunch nor rolled up doing regular activities such as bending over, crouching, or even grabbing something from up high. When I sit it stays secure and it very discreet. I currently wearing a shirt that I don't like to wear cause it hugs my body with my gut. I'm comfortably wearing this shirt with no effort. I don't have to focus on sucking in my gut either the compression shapewear shirt does it job and keep my gut tucked in. BTW I do have man boobs and it also does a great job at compressing them. I'm very satisfied and will be ordering a set for a whole week worth.

Product do what it was describe and quality is very good I will recommend this for someone looking for something like this product.
