Great Compact Keyboard
I absolutely love this keyboard! I purchased it back in February 2022. It’s now May 2025 and the keyboard is still working well and holds a charge just fine even after 3+ years of use. Pairing the keyboard to a device is easy and I love how you can connect to 3 different devices with the keyboard. I generally use it with my desktop computer but over the years I have used it was my laptop and mobile devices as well. I have the light pink keyboard and the color pairs really well with the rechargeable pink mouse that is also made by Macally. The keyboard is compact but it’s easy to type on. My only complaint about the keys is the UP and DOWN arrow keys—they’re the smallest on the board. Together they are the size of one of the round keys. You get used to it eventually, but it is easy to hit the wrong arrow button. The keys have a great feel to them and little bit of a sound but it’s fairly quiet.Honestly, it’s a great little keyboard. It’s got a bit of weight to it which is nice when you’re using it with a tablet. It seems to be solidly constructed. My only complaint is that I can never tell how much of a charge the battery has left. I wish there was a battery gage on the keyboard or that the battery level showed up on my computer or tablet, but it doesn’t. If it only had that, it would be perfect. It’s not a major issue, since the keyboard can be used when it’s being charged. All in all though, I love it. The price is fair as well. I’ve purchased Apple keyboards before and those are far more expensive. This one was far cheaper and it seems to have great longevity. I’ve had other bluetooth keyboards but this one has been the best and has lasted the longest. I actually just purchased a second one to use with my tablet. Hopefully that one will be as good as this one.One other thing is that this keyboard is FCC and EC certified. It’s listed on the label on the underside of the keyboard.

Keyboard - quiet, slim, and compact Bluetooth option
I bought the Macally Small Bluetooth Keyboard back in July 2024 for my desktop, and I’ve been really happy with it. My main goal was to find a keyboard that was quiet, slim, and small, and that could connect via Bluetooth—no more cables cluttering up my workspace. Here’s how it’s been working out for me:What I Love:⌨️ Quiet Typing – This keyboard is so quiet! It’s perfect for when I’m working late or need to type without disturbing anyone around me.⌨️ Slim & Compact Design – The size is just right—not too big and not too small. It’s slim and easy to store, but still has full-sized keys, making it comfortable to type on.⌨️ Bluetooth Connection – Setting it up was a breeze. It connects via Bluetooth to my Samsung tablet, Apple iPad, and Android phone (Galaxy A12) without any issues. The main reason I bought it was for my phone and tablets, but I ended up using it for my desktop when my regular keyboard stopped working—it was a cable connection, and I was ready for something wireless.⌨️ Sleek and Simple – The overall design is clean and simple, which fits perfectly with my desktop setup. It looks good, but most importantly, it works great.⌨️ Device Hold – It is heavier than many keyboards because it is meant to hold your device, which adds to the sturdiness and convenience for setup.I highly recommend this keyboard for anyone looking for a quiet, slim, and compact Bluetooth option.

Works Seamlessly
I am typing on this for this review. I got this so that I could journal, and quickly text on my phone. )It is ridiculous that apple doesn’t have the journal app for iPad but whatever).I love the tippy tappy sound of the keys. It isn’t too loud. I would say the loudest key is the space bar and I actually love it the most. I got the mint color and it is absolutely beautiful. The keys are sooooo responsive. It does not lag at all that I have noticed. Even when I am using the delete button a gajillion times because my brain got ahead of my fingers. It came fully charged I think (anyway the light was blue), and I was able to connect it very easily. (But look at the manual. You first have to press FN+ either B1, B2, or B3 but then you have to press FN+P to actually pair it. Pairing was seamless and no issues. I kinda wish there were a backlight but no biggie. This thing is nice and kinda hefty. Not too heavy mind you, but it feels VERY sturdy. Anyway. I love it.But if there is any way you can make this in yellow… not a washed out yellow, not a neon yellow. (And not yellow with a bunch of ugly colored keys) But a nice saturated happy sunny lemony yellow that would be AMAZING!!!!!
