When I first got this pillow, I absolutely loved it. It had great support for my neck, it was soft but also firm. It was pretty thick in volume as well and was almost impossible to fold in half. Then slowly as each month went by I started noticing that the pillow was being to become less firm and was slowly loosing its shape. I’ve been using the pillow for over 5 months, and now it’s like weirdly deflated. It’s no longer firm, there is barely any support, and the softness faded. I tossed it into the dryer to refluff it and hope it can restore some volume to the pillow, and it did. For 12 hours only. I woke up in the middle of the night to find my pillow was once again flat and uncomfortable. I’m sorry but for the price this pillow is definitely not worth your money it’ll just make you sad.

I absolutely love this pillow! I was having trouble sleeping. The pillow that I had was giving me neck problems and not letting me sleep. With this pillow, I do not have any issues at all. I am able to get a very relaxed sleep at night I very much recommend it for anyone having the same issues that I was having.

What I particularly liked was the ability for the pillows to bounce back after sleeping on them with the same support and softness as when I bought them.
