I bought this because I could only use my 30,000 BTU propane gas heater at max and not at low. I had already replaced the thermocouple and internal regulator but it did not fix my issue. But after replacing the hose and external regulator I can finally keep my heat on low and it actually turns up even hotter at max! The 12' is a little long for me but the hose is a somewhat thin gauge so its easy to coil up under the unit.
