This is the product you need but don't know you need it. I had some cracks/ gaps around the foundation of my mansion (100+ year old house, nothing fancy at all). This product keeps you from having to buy the 50 pound bags of concrete and mixing a huge batch. With this you only mix as much as you need. It's easy to use but take my advice... Work fast. This stuff sets up quickly. I'm talking a few minutes. Color is a little lighter than the standard grey concrete color but that's ok with me. For the small investment it's well worth it.

This is much better than the sakrete brand. The quickcrete stopped the leak immediately. I tried the sakrete on another similar leak and it did not work totally. I think this formulation is better. Great product. Definitely take need to use only what you can use in about 2 to 3 minutes.

Have used before and quality never changed. Easy to mix, sets up fast (don't add too much water, follow directions). Used before to plug waterfalls in an old basement during rain. This is going into an oudoor pizza oven BASE in zone 5a: check with grok for the right mixture. I'm adding 10% with other cement to keep water from seeping up in wet months. Grok approved and gave a good recipe. I trust this product, and the benefits it adds to my project.

Sets very quickly, be ready to apply immediately

We bought this to repair outside grout on our house but then we were told by our house painter not to use it because it would crack. So honestly we haven't used it. After reading the directions we were also too scared to use it because of all the precautions you have to go through. I have no idea what we will use it for. We might just donate it. I just didn't want to give it a bad review because we were told by a contractor that it does work well. Confusing information from contractors. Talk to your contractor before buying it.

I have to chime in and review the packaging of the hydraulic cement. One, this stuff is a very fine powder. After going to the big box stores, and having their packing be flimy handled buckets that were not sealed, I ordered this from Amazon. It has very study handles, a SEALED lid, AND has the powder in a bag on the inside. If the handle were to break or the lid come off, the fine powder is still in a bag. Amazon for the win!
