Works just as advertised. Noticeable difference in how well I was able to breath in only a few days. It is built very sturdy as well. It looks like plastic but is actually made of some kind of silicone material. Shows a plastic nose clip; however the one I received was metal. Very happy with this product.

I am a lifter that's had circulatory issues for as long as I can remember starting with a deviated symptom and other issues I won't mention.
