I have been a part time seller on eBay for years. I had dreamed of getting a thermal label printer but couldn't justify the price of the big name ones. I tried to get a smaller Dymo but had a heck of a time setting it up and eventually just gave up on it. Since this was sold through Amazon I took a chance knowing if it was junk when it came in I could get my $$ back. This one is super easy! literally plug and play. I have had a few times when it fed too many labels and i lost a few. i figured out this was operator error and changed the way the stack set, moved it farther away (4") from the printer and no issues since. Unlike the Dymo you don't have to buy the expensive name brand labels for this one! I too was worried this was too good to be true at this price point but I have been nothing but pleasantly surprised.

I'm able to print multiple labels fairly quickly. I was impressed by the speed of this printer. The printed words can be a little lighter than using a regular ink printer, but overall, it's a great buy.

Great printer for someone who wants to learn chinese. Tried looking for english printer settings but only written in chinese. So I have to guess at what I need to print.

This printer is a lifesaver. There’s easy to follow instructions and instantly connects to a computer and app. I don’t need to buy ink since it runs on a thermal system. Saves a lot of time, ink, and money. I would recommend this for all small business owners! The only minor issue was setting up the printing paper but I had someone else to help lol.

bought this last summer and I still can not figure the printing part of it. No problem setting up the printer to my lap top but the sizing is printing way off and it's printing white letters and black background. If anyonr knows how to figure it out please let me know.

This is the worst product ever. Blurred and poor quality. Can't ever print clear. It's always blurred!!!

The set up was easy…. Just follow the directions provided. The print quality is amazing
